Elizabeth Mitchell popped up on Celebrity Baby Blog recently. She discussed the joys of motherhood, among other things. She has a nineteen month old bundle of joy named CJ. She actually told them that having a baby helped her prepare for her role on Lost:
Having a baby helped me. It’s about getting to a place where I am unafraid as an actress.
So wait, having a baby helped prepare her to commit physical and mental torture, murder, and face the brutal stare of a smoke monster?! Geeze, I knew having kids was hard but I never knew it was that hard. Everybody, please call your mothers on mother's day. You don't want them to start tricking attractive young doctors into doing emergency spinal surgeries do you?
